In this image I infer a very different interpretation of the President than the previous photograph posted. He seems to be on the go, he seems very busy as he walks and talks and is a little more buttoned down than usual, and I can see a faint smile on everyones face which tells means spirits are high. However the questions raised in this one are why are spirits high in a photo that concerns the BP oil spill? What political motives are behind the photo? And what exactly is going on in the photograph.
